Go-Kart Fun

A Kansas Nutcracker
One of Jaedin's best friends scored 2 parts in A Kansas Nutcracker, put on by Lawrence Arts Center. We were so excited to go & watch Riley and she did awesome!
My sweet Jaedin (& her pal Ceci) made Riley a card and wanted to take her a rose after the performance. :)

Decorating...
This is our first year to have a real tree. So. Much. Fun. The kids enjoyed decorating it...except when they got poked with a needle. :)

Trees!
The kids really wanted Christmas trees for their bedrooms this year. We have a tradition that we don't put up our family tree until after Jaedin's birthday, so we went ahead and let them put up a tree in their bedroom. Talin was the "lucky one" and got a tree all to himself! He decorated it with a red star & red ornaments. The girls, of course, wanted all pink! :)
