Basketball Camp

Talin attended the PLHS Jeff Hawkins Basketball Camp and LOVED it! 
1) We were surprised he even wanted to go.
2) We assumed he'd hate that it lasted for 5 days and complain each day.
But....we were wrong!

We couldn't be more PROUD of how much he learned and how HARD he worked. 

He was truly like a different kid from when he played last winter.  Most importantly, he had FUN and wants to keep playing!

After we left Greensburg, we thought we'd take the kids to Eric's hometown of Ulysses, KS and spend Memorial weekend with friends.  Thanks to the Metcalf family for hosting us!

We are so proud of Eric for his most recent job completion!  The Big Well Museum and Visitor Center in Greensburg, KS is OPEN!

The grand opening of the Big Well Museum and Visitor Center was on Saturday, May 26th.  We thought it would be great to take the kids to see dad in "action" and also to be a part of history. I think their favorite part was the cool staircase. 

Aunt Alycia, Grandma Cindy and cousin Conner & McKenzie also came for the day.

If you haven't been to Greensburg since the tornado, you definitely need to check it out.  The houses, the school, the downtown, the Big Well...all worth visiting!  You can feel the love throughout the community.

LGA Awards

The Turner kids have finished gymnastics at Lawrence Gymnastics Academy for the spring.  Each got to "showcase" what they had learned throughout the spring and earn a certificate.  The girls are going to continue through the summer but Talin is going to take a break until fall.
