As most know, I am a HUGE Kenny Chesney fan. For Christmas, Eric got me Sandbar tickets to this concert at Arrowhead in KC. Amazing!!!

Warrior Dash
One word to describe this event...FUN! This was by far the most fun race I've ever entered to date! I can't wait to sign-up for 2012!
We were originally scheduled to run the 12pm heat but we got lucky and they opened up a 9am heat! It was overcast, breezy and we even had a couple of sprinkles. The weather was perfect!

Working with DAD
Jaedin got to go to work with Eric for "Bring Your Child to Work" day. She was up at 5:30am on Friday, July 22nd, ready to go and so very excited! His company, McCownGordon, had a full day planned with lots of great activities. They also planned this day during the summer so kids would not have to miss school.
Jaedin was exhausted when she got home but was so happy that she made some new friends, did some great projects, and learned that being an adult can be hard work. :)

Locks of Love
Our sweet Jaedin came to us months and months ago asking to get her hair cut off so she could donate it to Locks of Love. Of course! We were so proud of her thoughtfulness. She decided to grow it out through the summer and then she'd get it all cut off.
It's been a long wait but summer is almost over so the time was here...

Sleepover Fun...
Jaedin loves to have her friend Riley come over for sleepovers. They have so much fun doing art, talking, playing...but mostly giggling!
