Sunday night treats...

Daddy went to Ulysses on a hunting trip so we indulged in pizza and DQ on our last night home alone. Remingtin obviously went straight from the dinner table to the bathtub!

Jaedin Basketball Con't...

Jaedin had 2 basketball games...her team did awesome at both! It's amazing how much more aggressive and energetic they were this week. I can't wait to see how much they have improved when the season comes to an end. Our little #13 is turning out to be quite the "baller". She is loving the game of basketball. I even had to talk to her in-between games about not stealing the ball and just playing defense with her hands up. She told me after her 2nd game that she was "extinct". After some discussion, we came to the conclusion that she meant she was exhausted. Too funny! Luckily, her dad (aka Coach) will be back next week and we only have one game a weekend for the rest of the season.

Jr Kaw Dancers

Jaedin learned a dance from the PLHS dance team and performed at the halftime of the varsity boys basketball game. It sparked her interest in dance again...might just be calling up Dance Gallery for lessons again. The girls were so cute out there dancing!

Family Fun

We had another family movie night, this time we watched Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs. Great movie! Talin & Jae really enjoyed the popcorn & gummy worms. Remi couldn't have either so she headed to bed. :-)

Our Jr Kaw #13

We have another first at our house...BASKETBALL! Jaedin is playing basketball this year and LOVES it. Eric and I both love the sport (and for our kids to be active) so we are ecstatic! Her team has been practicing since the beginning of December but they just had their first game. At the kindergarten level, they do not keep score. The kids are having lots of fun and that's the main goal. Coach Turner (Eric) is doing a great job with the kids and they are really learning some important fundamentals. I honestly think he is enjoying it just as much as they are. We are very proud of our #13 ~ GO JAE!!!

C O O K I E S ! ! ! !

Jaedin sold 101 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies! This is her first year of scouts and she set herself a goal...to sell 100 boxes. SHE DID IT! We are very proud of her and her earned badges. We had a lot of fun sorting out the cookies (thanks for your help too, Paige!). Now we just have to get them ALL delivered. Fun, fun!

Saturday Night = Game Night!!!!

We were in desperate need of some adult interaction...and the kids were in desperate need of some new playmates so we decided to have some friends over for a night of laughs. We played Partini...3 times...boys against girls...guess who cheated & won??? All in good fun, of course!
