Christmas Eve 2013

Per tradition, we went to nana & papa's house on Christmas Eve. We're so blessed to have family close by to spend the holiday with. This year, things were a bit different as we are in a different town and not our home. We look forward to what next year will bring!

This year, we visited the Winter Wonderland at Bass Pro Shop. Guess who was there?! Santa!!!!

Chiefs!

We may have attended the COLDEST Chiefs game of the season….but we survived! Very thankful for Club Level seats and hand warmers. The Chiefs didn't win but we did have a very fun afternoon!

I, luckily, got an early Christmas present…new coat, , gloves, hat & scarf! Unfortunately, mine are packed up in storage somewhere!

Wrapping, wrapping, wrapping…

Every year, each Turner kid goes Christmas shopping for their siblings. Such a unique experience to say the least!  Their favorite part…wrapping!

Snowflake Meet

Remi had her very first gymnastics meet…and loved it! We are so proud of her! She has worked very hard to learn 4 separate routines. She competed on the beam, bars, floor and vault and rocked them all!

Lil Turner Basketball

Yep, all 3 kids are playing winter basketball this year! We LOVE spending our Saturdays cheering them on!

This is Jaedin's 5th year of basketball. #4 is getting super competitive!

This is Remi's 1st year of basketball. #15 is loving it!

Talin's Winter Program

Very thankful for these individuals who donated their time & knowledge to come and speak to my 8th grade Career Exploration students. 

KSU Football

We do love going back to Manhattan for a little Wildcat action. This trip was even more special as we got our oldest, Jaedin, (aka our KU fan) to wear & cheer for PURPLE!  She has even claimed to attend KSU (if they get a softball team) and to wear purple more often. Woot woot!!!
